Flora, Ltd. sells virtual credits necessary for the use and creation of AI content in order to maintain the service and improve quality.

After payment for credits or membership has been made, subscription withdrawal is not possible. If there is a technical problem with the use of the service or there is any other justifiable reason, please contact the email address: [email protected].

The user agrees that the payment fee may be affected by the current exchange rate between the respective currencies. Depending on the local situation, card and bank payment fees or currency exchange fees may apply.

Paid credits will automatically expire after 1 year from the payment date, and unused credits will not be refunded. Memberships will be reset after a specified period of time, and unused fatigue will expire. If there is no usage history after purchasing a product, a refund is only possible through the payment method within 7 days.

Due to the nature of the AI ​​model, the results of the content to be generated cannot be predicted, and may not match the prompts or settings entered by the user or may be of poor quality. This cannot be a reason for a refund.

The AI ​​content provided by Flora Co., Ltd. is provided by an artificial intelligence algorithm, and the truthfulness and accuracy of the content is not guaranteed. The user is responsible for verifying the provided content.

Flora Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any problems that may arise from the use of content generated using our AI conversation service. We prohibit the creation and use of content that may be subject to legal issues in the country of your legal jurisdiction or in the Republic of Korea.

The copyright for the content registered in Flora Limited belongs to Flora Limited and the creator. Flora Limited may use the content within a reasonable scope in accordance with fair practices stipulated in the Copyright Act without the creator's separate permission for the purpose of operating, displaying, transmitting, distributing, and promoting the service, free of charge.

Users may not use any content registered in Flora Limited for commercial or other personal gain without the company's explicit permission. If the company suffers damage due to unauthorized theft of the content, the user is responsible for compensating the damage in accordance with legal procedures.

Users must not engage in any actions that may cause damage to our service. If we determine that you have caused damage to our service, we may block your account or take legal action without warning. In this case, unused credits will not be refunded.

Flora Limited may temporarily suspend the service in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or interruption of communication, and may completely change or suspend the currently provided service without prior notice to the user based on reasons deemed appropriate, such as replacement with a new service.

If our service is completely discontinued, unused paid credits can be refunded for payments made within 3 months.

The industrial property rights of all content provided on this site belong to Flora Co., Ltd., and text, images, and other content as well as graphic layouts are protected by copyright law. Users may not use the information obtained by using Flora Co., Ltd. for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without Flora Co., Ltd.'s prior consent.

Flora Co., Ltd. may revise these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.

The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to disputes arising between Flora Co., Ltd. and users regarding the use of the service, and any lawsuit arising from this dispute shall be filed in a court of the Republic of Korea with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
